Anyone can learn chess, but few learn how to play chess well. A coach with years of experience can help you refine what you know, and learn what you don't know.
Studies show that children who learn chess at a young age tend to do better academically and develop critical thinking skills otherwise not obtained through formal education.
The vast majority of students are children who are relatively new to the game. This is actually one of the best times to learn chess in a structured format! Coaching young students is best done over-the-board, not online.
